摘要
《塔楼》是美国当代女作家珍妮弗·伊根的畅销之作,本文以该小说为文本焦点,以创伤理论和修辞叙事批评方法为理论基础,分析作者在创伤叙事背后的交流目的以及由此引发的读者叙事判断,指出《塔楼》的叙事核心是创伤:童年创伤、社会文化创伤及创伤的复原。
This paper takes contemporary American writer Jennifer Egan's bestselling novel,The Keep,as an example,drawing on traumatology and rhetorical narratology to analyze the author's purpose behind her traumatic narrative and the audiences' judgment on it,and finally proposes that the narrative center of The Keepis trauma:children trauma,social cultural trauma and the recovery of trauma.
