摘要
科研倦怠现象严重制约着我国高校教师的专业发展,但其专门性实证研究近乎空白。本实证研究旨在揭示我国高校外语教师的科研倦怠现状和探索其破解路径。采用自行编制的高校教师科研倦怠量表对高校外语教师科研倦怠感进行测量,运用统计软件SPSS17对调查数据进行多维统计。研究发现:高校外语教师科研倦怠现象普遍;科研倦怠与科研投入、科研支持、科研动力、科研信心等显著相关;缺乏科研信心和科研支持不力对科研倦怠有较好的预测作用;高校外语教师科研倦怠在职称和学位两个因素上存在显著性差异。依据量化分析和教师焦点访谈的结果,针对性地提出了高校外语教师科研倦怠的消解路径。
Research burnout severely constrains the professional development of university teachers as a whole,but special empirical study is exceptionally scant on it.This empirical research is aimed to reveal the current state of university foreign language teachers' research burnout in China and to explore the approaches to address it.Based on the self-developed questionnaires,the survey was conducted with the university foreign language teachers on their research burnout.The data were analyzed from multiple perspectives with the software SPSS17.It is found that research burnout is a universal phenomenon with university foreign language teachers in China;there is a significant correlation between research burnout and research commitment,research support,research motivation,research confidence and research pressure.The lack of research confidence and inadequate research support are the indicative predictors of research burnout;there is a significant difference in research burnout among those teachers respectively with different academic titles and academic degrees.In light of the survey findings and the results from the subsequent focus interview with the teachers,the approaches are proposed to eliminate research burnout of university foreign language teachers.
