摘要
创新驱动发展时代,建立一套科学、合理的知识产权评估制度,完善知识产权评估方法是促进科技成果转化,实现企业利益最大化的关键。国际上通用的知识产权价值评估方法主要有成本法、收益法和市场法。与成本法、市场法相比,收益法更能实现企业知识产权的价值最大化。建议企业扩大收益法的使用,并鼓励评估业综合运用多种评估方法进行知识产权价值评估,以求得到尽可能准确的评估值。
In the era of development driven by innovation, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of intellectual property and the perfection of intellectual property evaluation methods is the key to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and realize the maximization of enterprise benefits. The international general evaluation methods of intellectual property include cost-based method, income-based method and market-based method. Compared with cost-based method and market-based method, income-based method can achieve the maximum value of enterprise＇s intellectual property rights. The article proposes that enterprises expand the use of income-based method, and promote the comprehensive use of assessment methods, in order to gain the assessment values as accurate as possible.
