摘要
目的:探究对多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕症患者予以调经毓麟汤治疗的应用效果。方法:择取2012年6月—2015年4月收治的多囊卵巢综合征引发的不孕症患者80例,随机抽样的方法进行分组研究,各40例。对照组接受西药治疗方法,试验组接受西药治疗的基础上实施调经毓麟汤治疗,对比两组患者接受治疗干预后的妊娠情况。结果:试验组患者38例(95.0%)显著优于对照组25例(62.5%)。P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:调经毓麟汤治疗后具有较为显著的临床效果,能有效调节患者的生殖激素水平,帮助恢复妊娠功能,可广泛应用于临床治疗的过程中。
Objective： To explore the application effect of Tiaojing Yulin decoction in,treating polycystic ovary syndrome reduced infertility patients. Methods： 80 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome reduced infertility patients treated in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine while the experiment group received Tiaojing Yulin decoction on the basis of the western medicine treatment, the pregnancy of two groups after intervention was compared. Results： 38 cases （95.0%） in the experimental group had significant effect, which was significantly better than that of the control group, 25 cases （62.5%）. P 〈 0.05, the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance. Conclusion： Tiaojing Yulin decoction had more significant clinical effect; it could effectively adjust the reproductive hormone levels of patients, help restore the fimction of pregnancy and should be widely applied in the process of clinical treatment.
