摘要
目的:探讨对急性宫颈炎患者采用自拟清热解毒除湿汤联合阿奇霉素治疗的临床疗效。方法:对90例急性宫颈炎患者进行观察,采用掷币法将其随机分为对照组45例,联合组45例。联合组采用清热解毒除湿汤联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗。治疗1周,观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果:联合组副作用明显低于对照组,且治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性宫颈炎患者采用阿奇霉素联合清热解毒除湿汤治疗的疗效安全可靠,而且副作用少,提高了患者的生活质量,值得选用。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy the Qingre Jiedu Chushi decoction plus azithromycin on acute cervicitis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the control group （45 cases） and the combined group （45 cases）. The combined group was treated with the Qingre Jiedu Chushi decoction with azithromycin; and the control group was treated with azithromycin. Results： Side effects in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the total efficiency was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of azithromycin plus the Qingre Jiedu Chushi decoction on acute cervicitis is safe and reliable, with fewer side effects, by improving the quality of life.
