摘要
《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》已颁发10周年,10年来,辅导员制度日趋成熟、队伍日趋壮大,但这支队伍的人员流动频繁也为职业化、专业化、专家化发展之路带来了阻碍,究其原因还在于高校辅导员对自身职业的不自信。高校辅导员只有对自身职业充满自信,才能破解高校辅导员发展中存在转岗、流失等问题。高校辅导员工作的极端重要性、独特的职业定位、广阔的职业前景、过硬的职业能力、丰富的职业获得感,都使高校辅导员彰显其价值,这是高校辅导员职业自信的源泉所在。
Ten years after the issuing of"Regulations on College Advisors~ Team Construction", college advisor system has matured and the team of advisors has expanded greatly. However, there has existed a hindrance to the team's professionalization and specialization: high personnel flow frequency. High flow frequency stems from lack of confidence, so the key to solving the problem is to boost advisors" self--confidence. The importance of their job, the uniqueness of their job orientation, the brightness of their career prospects and the deep sense of occupational attainment, all speak of the worth of college advisors and can become the sources of their professional confidence.
