摘要
目的探讨加味麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法选取我院2015年1~6月收治的100例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用加味麻杏石甘汤治疗。比较两组的咳嗽次数明显减少时间、退热时间、肺部啰音持续时间、肺部X线恢复正常时间、白细胞计数检查正常时间以及总有效率。结果治疗组的总有效率为98.0%,显著高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的咳嗽次数明显减少时间、退热时间、肺部啰音持续时间、肺部X线恢复正常时间、白细胞计数检查正常时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Modified Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia.Methods 100 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January to June in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The time of cough significantly reduced,pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales duration,lung X ray normal time,the time of white blood cell count in normal in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%,which was higher than 84.0% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The time of cough significantly reduced,pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales duration,lung X ray normal time,the time of white blood cell count in normal in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Modified Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
