摘要
随着"一带一路"战略的推进,海外中资企业和中国公民面临越来越严重的人身和财产安全挑战。随着海外安全治理市场化研究的深入,扶持中资安保公司走出去为境外中资企业和中国公民提供安全保障,成为政府海外风险治理的必然选择。中资安保公司"走出去"也面临自身安保能力不足、专业人才稀缺、缺乏政策支持等挑战和困境,鉴于此,中资安保公司"走出去"不仅需要政府的大力扶持,还需要提高自身安保业务水平,借鉴国际化安保公司经验,努力打造国际化安保团队。
With the development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy, overseas Chinese enterprises and Chinese citizens are facing more and more personal and property security challenges. With the deepening of market research on overseas se- curity governance, it is an inevitable choice to protect the interests of overseas Chinese by supporting Chinese security com- panies to go out and provide security for Chinese enterprises and Chinese citizens along the way. In view of this, Chinese se- curity companies go out not only need the government＇s strong support, but also need to improve the level of their own secur- ity business, drawing on the experience of the Chinese security companies ＂go global＂ is also facing their own security ca- pacity, lack of professionals, lack of policy support and other challenges and difficulties, International security company ex- perience, and strive to build an international security team.
