摘要
"微时代"环境下"95后"大学生思想、心理、行为呈现出一些新的特点,医学生思想政治教育内容、形式、环境、主体也面临新的挑战,医学院校思政工作者应该强化"微观念",开发"微课堂";整合"微媒体",搭建"微平台";关注"微情意",实现"微教育";善用"微语言",提高"微素养";依靠"微技术",强化"微服务";凝聚"微动力",引导"微行为";创新"微机制",引导"微舆情",不断增强"微时代"医学生思想政治教育的实效性。
In ＂micro era＂, ＂post-95＂ college students＇ thoughts,psychology and behavior show some new features. The content, form, environment and the executor of medical students＇ ideological and political education is also facing new challenges. Medical colleges and universities＇ ideological and political workers should strengthen the＂micro idea＂and develop＂micro classroom＂, integrate the micro media and build ＂micro platform＂, study ＂micro technology＂ and build ＂micro platform＂ , pay attention to ＂micro affection＂ and realize ＂micro education＂ ,make good use of ＂micro language＂ and improve ＂micro literacy＂, rely on ＂micro technology＂ and strengthen the ＂micro service＂ ,condensed ＂micro power＂ and guide ＂the micro behavior＂ ,innovate ＂micro system＂ tend guide ＂the micro public opinion＂ to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of medical students in ＂micro era＂.
