摘要
METSIM是国内外广泛应用于冶金、化工等领域进行工艺设计的程序,可以用于模拟、计算复杂流程的质量和能量平衡。本文主要介绍了METSIM软件在吹炼钒渣提钒工艺的物料平衡计算中的应用,包括确定原料成分、收集各工序控制参数、建立项目的化合物数据库、输入操作单元、计算过程分析及结果等。
METSIM software is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields for process design, simulation and calculation of mass and energy balance for complex process. In this paper, the application of METSIM in the mass balance calculation of vanadium slag processing is introduced, which including determination of raw material composition, collection of process control parameters, establish- ment of compound database, operation unit input , analysis and results of calculation process, etc.
