摘要
本文采用计算机中常用的程序,对浓密机连续逆流洗涤过程各级溶液浓度组成的"一次多元联立方程组"和直接计算出洗涤效率及洗涤级数的Е.П.Тюфтин"公式"进行运算。结果表明,两种数学表达形式不同的计算式给出了完全相同的计算结果。用这种方法对古巴毛阿镍厂工业生产的浓密洗涤过程进行计算,结果令人满意。
A frequently-used software is adopted to resolve linear simultaneous equations that consist of unknown concentration of each stage solution of continuous countercurrent decantation(CCD) process in thickeners, and to calculate decantation efficiency and stage number directly according to E.п.ТюфтиH formula. The results show that two different calculation methods reach entirely coincident conclusions. When apply this in Cuba Moa Nickel Plant project ,we also get satisfied result.
