摘要
目的:回顾性分析早期无钙化的Sturge-Weber综合征MRI影像学表现。方法:收集PACS系统中早期无钙化Sturge-Weber综合征的病例共7例,所有病例均行常规CT扫描与MRI扫描,其中1例同时行MRI增强扫描。结果:CT平扫结果显示只有1例病变区脑皮质密度略增高,其余6例CT检查均未发现异常。MR扫描结果显示颅内病变均发生在单侧大脑半球,其中有6例(6/7)可见患侧侧脑室三角区脉络丛扩大,7例(7/7)均可见T2WI上脑白质信号减低,3例(3/7)可见脑沟轻度增宽,其中1例行MR增强扫描,可见病变区软脑膜线状强化。结论:SWS早期当CT平扫尚未发现颅内异常时,MRI则可见显示T2WI上脑白质信号减低,脑沟略宽,患侧侧脑室脉络丛增大等征象,MRI平扫对早期SWS的诊断价值优于CT平扫检查。
Purpose: To review the MRI findings of Smrge-Weber syndrome (SWS) without calcification in early stage. Methods: Seven cases of SWS in early stage without calcification were collected from PACS. CT and MRI plain scans were done in all cases, and MRI enhanced scan was done in 1 case. Results: The CT plain scan showed that the density in lesion area was increased mildly in one case, and no abnormalities in the other six cases. MRI scan showed that intracranial lesions were all in unilateral cerebral hemisphere, six cases (6/7) were with ipsilateral enlargement of choroids plexus, seven cases (7/7) were with the signal intensity change of involved white matters on T2WI, and three cases (3/7) were with mildly broadened sulcus. In the case with contrast-enhanced MRI, leptomeningeal enhancement could be revealed. Conclusion: In SWS without calcification in early stage, signal intensity changes of involved white matters on T2WI, broadening of sulcus, ipsilateral enlargement of choroids plexus could be shown on MRI, while there was few abnormalities on CT plain scan. So the value of MRI in the diagnosis of early stage of SWS without calcification is superior to CT examination.
