72只AA肉鸡适应性饲养3d后随机分为4组,分别为空白对照组(不合黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的空白饲料)、AFB1低剂量组(饲料中含1mg/kgAFB1)、AFB1中剂量组(饲料中含3mg/kgAFB1)、AFB1高剂量组(饲料中含5mg/kgAFB1)。结果表明,连续饲喂高剂量AFB128d时,AA肉鸡肝体指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);血清酶学指标谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);肝脏总超氧化物岐化酶(T—SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。病理切片结果显示,在28dAFB1高剂量组肉鸡肝脏发生严重病变。平均日增重结果表明,在14~21d,AFB1中、高剂量组AA肉鸡均极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);21.28d,高剂量组平均日增重极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),中剂量组平均日增重显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。综上所述,连续饲喂含有5mg/kgAFB1的饲料28d可以成功建立肉鸡亚慢性肝损伤模型,饲料中污染AFB1能严重影响AA肉鸡增重。
After adapting for 3 days,72 AA broilers were respectively divided into 4 groups,which were control group,AFB, low dose group (diet containing 1 mg/kg AFB1),AFB1 medium dose group (diet containing 3 mg/kg AFB1), AFB1 high dose group (diet containing 5 mg/kg AFB1). The results showed that after continuous feeding high dose AFB1 for 28 days,hepatosomatic index was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05);Serum biochemistry (ALT, AST,ALP) were extremely significant compared to control group (P〈0.01,P〈0.05);liver antioxidant enzymes (T-SOD and GSH-Px) were significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.01),but peroxide product (MDA) was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Liver histopathological examination showed that there were serious lesions in AFB1 high dose group at 28th day. It was noted that average daily gain (ADG)had been severely affected from 14 to 21 days,which of AFB1 medium and high dose group were highly lower than that of control group (P〈0.01). It had been found that from 21 to 28 days, ADG of AFB1 medium dose group was significantly affected compared to control group (P〈0.05),and body weights of AFBI high dose group was extremely significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.01). All results indicated that after continuous feeding 5 mg/kg AFB1 for 28 days,sub-chronic hepatic injury model of AA broiler had been made successfully. In addition, AFB1 had serious effects on weight gain in AA broiler.
