粮油食品在贮存的过程中极易发霉,尤其是被黄曲霉污染而导致黄曲霉毒素超过国家标准。人食用含黄曲霉毒素超标的食品,会导致肝脏损伤甚至发生癌变。因此,采取有效措施防止粮油食品黄曲霉毒素的超标,是保证食品安全和减少经济损失的关键环节。
In the storing process,it is extremely easy for oil and grain product to be contaminated by aspergillus flavus and cause the content of Aflatoxin surpass the approved figure in national standard. The person who eat the oil and grain product which content of Aflatoxin exceeds the allowed figure will cause the liver damage, even to have the cancer. Therefore, taking effective action to prevent oil and grain product exceeding the allowed figure is the key link that guarantees food security and reduces economic losses .
