摘要
采用动态剪切流变试验和弯曲蠕变劲度试验,分析了不同老化状态下沥青胶浆的动态流变性能。试验结果表明:老化作用没有改变沥青胶浆的粘弹性属性,只是改变了沥青胶浆粘弹性指标变化的幅度;沥青胶浆老化后,沥青胶浆的复数剪切模量G*增大,相位角δ变小,沥青胶浆向固态转化,提高了沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力;老化时间越长、温度越低,沥青胶浆的损失剪切模量G*sinδ越大,沥青胶浆的抗疲劳性能越差;沥青胶浆的蠕变劲度随老化时间的增加不断增大,蠕变速率随老化时间的增加而减小,老化胶浆更易发生低温开裂。
The dynamic rheological properties of asphalt mortar under the effects of aging were studied by Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) Test and Bending Bean Rheometer(BBR) Test. Test results show the following: ①The effects of aging affect the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mortar by changing the magnitude of viscoelastic index. ② The complex shears modulus increase and the phase angle decrease after aging. The asphalt mortar is gradually transformed into solid that can obviously improve the rutting resistance capacity of the asphalt pavement in the high temperature. ③The fatigue parameter G^* sin δ values increases with the degree of aging intensifies. The anti-fatigue performance of aged asphalt mortar is worse at low temperatures.④ The creep stiffness increase with increasing aging time and the creep rate increase. The cracking of aging mortar is occurred more likely at low temperatures.
