摘要
辅导员是真正在一线面对少年儿童的少先队工作者,是少先队实际工作中最重要的力量,但同时他们又是教师,受教育行政系统的指挥和领导。基于对34位辅导员的访谈调查,从职业身份认同的概念入手,发现少先队辅导员有较高的职业身份认同感,其职业身份认同的过程呈现一定的规律性,从职业身份适应、职业身份服从、职业身份接受、职业身份内化,最终走向职业身份升华。同时,少先队辅导员建构职业身份认同的过程中受到来自学校领导、同行、少先队员等正向强化的影响。由此提出从内环境和外环境两个方面提高辅导员职业身份认同,一是建立良好的职业发展平台,二是进行少先队辅导员专业化建设,从而营造良好的职业文化,促进少先队辅导员职业身份认同的发展。
Counselors are front-line workers and important forces in the Young Pioneers' practical work. While, they are also teachers which are directed and lead by the education administrative system. From the aspect of occupational identification's concept, the interview with 34 Young Pioneers counselors illustrated that their occupational identification is relatively high, and the process of their occupational identification, from occupational identification's adaption, obedience, acceptance, internalization, to final sublimation, has some regularity. At the same time, the process receives positive impacts from school authorities, peers, and young pioneers. Thus, the survey put forward that we can enhance counselors' occupational identification from two aspects of external and internal environments. First, a good occupational development platform should be established. Second, the Young Pioneers counselors' professional construction should be done, to create good occupational culture, and to promote the development of the Young Pioneers counselors' occupational identification.
