摘要
在聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分散乳液的制备过程中,乳化剂体系对乳胶粒的形貌和粒径分布有至关重要的影响。目前,工业中大量使用的NP系列乳化剂是非环保类乳化剂。选择了两种环保型高分子乳化剂,分别与NP乳化剂复配,检测了乳化剂的红外吸收光谱,测定了乳液粒子粒径分布,并观测其在扫描电镜下的微观形貌,得出如下结论:选取NP和TMN两种乳化剂进行复配,当w(TMN)为45%,乳化剂加入量为固含量的8%时,既能减少NP的用量,乳液粒径分布及微观形貌也可以达到单一NP系列乳化剂的效果。
In polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) scattered emulsion preparation process,the type of the polymer emulsifier have obvious crucial impact effects on the latex particle morphology and particle size distribution. A large number of series NP emulsifiers used in industry are not environmental friendly. Two kinds of environmentally friendly polymer emulsifiers were selected,respectively compounded with NP emulsifier. Infrared absorption spectrum of emulsifier was detected,emulsion particle size distribution was determined and observed by SEM. NP was compounded with TMN,when the TMN content was 45%,the amount of emulsifier was 8% of the solid content,the dosage of the NP was reduced,emulsion properties and the microstructure also reached the effect of NP emulsifier.
