摘要
目的探讨血液IL-33联合PCT表达对哮喘儿童诊断和治疗的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年12月-2015年12月住院支气管哮喘急性发作和稳定期患儿各60例,比较哮喘不同分期、不同分级、不同疗效血液中IL-33和PCT水平。结果急性发作组IL-33和PCT浓度高于缓解组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为10.52、4.12,P<0.01);随着哮喘分级增加,血液中IL-33浓度显著升高;血液中IL-33水平与哮喘分级呈正相关(r=0.69,P<0.01);不同临床疗效IL-33差异有统计学意义(F=29.22,P<0.01);血液中PCT与哮喘分级、疗效无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论血液中IL-33浓度能反映哮喘严重程度及疗效,血液PCT浓度可作为哮喘伴细菌感染的重要依据。
Objective To observe the application value of IL-33 associated with procalcitonin in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in children. Methods 60 children each in acute attack stage and the stable phase of bronchial asthma were retrospectively analyzed,who hospitalized from December 2014 to December 2015,and then the IL-33 and PCT levels were compared in different stages of asthma,different grades,and different therapeutic effects in asthma. Results The levels of IL-33 and PCT in acute attack stage of asthma were significantly higher than those in the stable phase,with the differences statistically significant( t = 10. 52,4. 12,P 0. 01). With the increase of asthma grades,the concentration of IL-33 in blood significantly increased. The level of IL-33 in blood was positively correlated with the grades of asthma( r = 0. 69,P 0. 01). The levels of IL-33 were significant different among the different clinical effects,with the differences statistically significant( F = 29. 22,P 0. 01). There was no significant correlation of PCT level with the grade of asthma and effect( P 0. 05). Conclusion The concentration of interleukin-33 in blood can reflect the severity of asthma and the curative effect. The level of PCT can be used as an important basis for bacterial infection in asthma.
