ST2/IL-33信号转导通路与糖尿病及其并发症关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 全球糖尿病患病率迅速增加,我国2010年成年人群的糖尿病患病率已达11.6%,成为全球糖尿病患病率增长速度最快的国家之一[1]。目前1型糖尿病作为一种自身免疫性疾病、2型糖尿病作为一种与肥胖密切相关的慢性炎症性疾病得到广泛认可。跨模型ST2(m ST2)选择性表达于Th2细胞表面,与其配体白细胞介素(IL)-33结合后形成ST2/IL-33信号转导通路,
