摘要
近年来,我国高校毕业生就业人数逐年增加,国内外经济形势复杂多变,如何使大学毕业生充分就业已成为全社会关注的一个重要问题。本文结合重庆科技学院应届本科毕业生的实际情况,分析了当前应用型本科院校应届毕业生的就业现状,提出了解决就业问题的一些措施,以帮助应用型本科院校应届毕业生在严峻的就业形势下能够正确认识自己,树立正确的择业观,把握机遇,提升就业竞争力,找到适合自己的工作岗位。
In recent years, the number of university graduate is increasing year by year in China. In the complex and changing domestic and foreign economic situations, how to promote university graduates＇ full employment has become an important issue for the whole society. Combined with the realities of fresh undergraduate graduates from Chongqing University of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the current situation of the employment of fresh graduates from applied undergraduate universities, and proposes some measures to solve their problems in employment, hoping to help them orient themselves in the severe employment situation, establish a correct outlook on job hunting,and improve their employment competitiveness.
