不同桔梗品种有效成分比较分析 被引量:4

Comparative Analysis of Effective Compositions in Different Platycodon grandiflorum Varieties

摘要 目的通过对不同花色桔梗不同生长期的多种成分含量测定分析,对育成品种进行质量评价。方法利用全自动氨基酸分析仪和紫外分光光度计对氨基酸、可溶性糖、蛋白质、总酚、类黄酮等成分含量进行测定。结果两种花色桔梗品种均含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸;粉花桔梗中含人体必需氨基酸总含量稍高于紫花桔梗的含量,总氨基酸含量低于紫花桔梗;粉花桔梗除可溶性糖含量随着生长期先增加后降低外,其余成分均表现出先降低后增加的趋势;生长期2年的粉花桔梗较之紫花桔梗总酚含量低,可溶性糖含量高,蛋白质和类黄酮含量相当。结论粉花桔梗可作为药食两用新品系进行推广种植。 Objective Based on the comparative analysis of different growth period of different Platycodon grandiflorum varieties of amino acid, soluble sugar, protein, total phenol,flavonoid, to judge the quality of bred varieties. Methods Use the automatic amino acid analyzer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer to measure the amino acid, soluble sugar, protein, total phenol,flavonoid. Results The results show that two kinds of colors of Platycodon grandiflorum varieties eontaine 17 kinds of amino acids, including7 essential amino acids. The pink flower Platycodon grandiflorum total essential amino acids content is slightly higher than that of purple flower platycodon powder flower and total amino acids content is lower than the purple flower Platycodon grandiflorum. The soluble sugar content in pink flower Platycodon grandiflorum increase to reduce of growth period. The rest of the ingredients are showing a trend of increase the lower first. The pink flower platycodon grandiflorum total phenol is lower than purple flower, soluble sugar is higher,and protein and flavonoid is just as much. Conehlsion Pink flower Platycodon grandiflorum can be used as medi- cine and food new strains to promote and plant.
