摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间的护理效果。方法 62例重症呼吸衰竭患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予综合护理干预模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理显效19例、有效10例、无效2例,护理总有效率为93.5%;对照组护理显效15例、有效8例、无效8例,护理总有效率为74.2%;观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过护理后,对照组一秒钟用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)及一秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)分别为(41.65±8.63)%和(38.65±7.88)%;观察组FEV1%及FEV1/FVC分别为(46.57±9.51)%和(46.15±9.15)%;观察组FEV1%及FEV1/FVC优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预对重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间进行护理,能取得良好的护理效果,有助于患者恢复健康,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze nursing effect by comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment for severe respiratory failure patients. Methods A total of 62 patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing model, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention model. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had 19 excellent cases, 10 effective cases, and 2 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 93.5%. The control group had 15 excellent cases, 8 effective cases, and 8 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 74.2%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the control group had forced expiratory volume in 1 second percentage of expected value （FEVI%） and forced expiratory volume in 1 second percerttage of forced vital capacity （FEV1/FVC） respectively as （41.65ectiv）% and （38.65（ （iv）%. The observation group had FEVI% and FEV1/FVC as （46.57FVCob）% and （46.15（VCob）%. The observation group had better FEVI% and FEV1/FVC than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment for severe respiratory failure patients provides excellent nursing effect, which is beneficial for recovery. It is worth clinical application.
