摘要
目的 分析护理干预对重症呼吸衰竭肺功能康复和并发症发生率的影响.方法 选择并按照随机数字表法将2019年1—12月期间在该院治疗的120例重症呼吸衰竭患者分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组同时给予综合护理干预,观察两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC观测值和并发症总发生率之间差异是否具有统计学意义.结果 护理干预后,对照组FEV1观测值为(41.97±6.58),FEV1/FVC观测值为(38.67±7.17),并发症总发生率为16.67%;观察组FEV1观测值为(46.83±7.25),FEV1/FVC观测值为(41.43±7.41),并发症总发生率为5.00%,两组患者肺功能康复和并发症发生率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用综合护理干预重症呼吸衰竭能促进患者肺功能康复,降低并发症发生率,患者病情康复,具有推广应用价值.
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery of pulmonary function and the incidence of complications in severe respiratory failure.Methods According to the random number table method,120 patients with severe respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups of patients with FEV1,FEV1/FVC and total incidence of complications were observed.Results After nursing intervention,the observed value of FEV1 in the control group was(41.97±6.58),the observed value of FEV1/FVC was(38.67±7.17),and the total incidence of complications was 16.67%;the observed value of FEV1 in the observation group was(46.83±7.25),the observed value of FEV1/FVC was(41.43±7.41),and the total incidence of complications was 5.00%.The differences in the recovery of pulmonary function and the incidence of complications between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in severe respiratory failure can promote the recovery of lung function,reduce the incidence of complications,and recover the patient's condition,and has the value of popularization and application.
