摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中甲基丙烯酸甲酯的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱法测定工作场所中甲基丙烯酸甲酯。结果方法线性范围为9.36~374.40 mg/L,相关系数R^2=0.999 7;方法检出限质量浓度为0.44 mg/L,最低检出质量浓度为0.15 mg/m^3(以采集3.0 L空气计);RSD为2.97~6.51%;平均解吸效率为96.02%;样品在常温下至少可以保存5 d。结论方法具有灵敏度高、精密度好、操作简便的优点,适用于工作场所中甲基丙烯酸甲酯及其共存物的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of methyl methacrylate in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography.[Methods]Air samples containing methyl methacrylate in the workplace were collected with activated carbon tube and desorbed with CS_2 and then separated with capillary columns and detected by using gas chromatography.[Results]The linear ranges were 9.36-374.40 mg/L of this method.The coefficient o f correlation R^2=0.999 7.The limits of detection was 0.44 mg/L.The minimum quantitative mass concentrations was 0.15 mg/m^3(sample volume,3L).RSD was 2.97-6.51%,the average desorption efficiencies was 96.02%,samples could be stored for 5 days at room temperature at least.[Conclusion]This method is sensitive,with good precision,and simple,suitable for simultaneous detection of methyl methacrylate in the workplace air.
