摘要
目的建立食品模拟物中多种丙烯酸酯类的顶空气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法依据欧盟指令(EU)No.10/2011,考察了5种食品模拟物:30 g/L乙酸、10%乙醇(V/V)、20%乙醇(V/V)、50%乙醇(V/V)和橄榄油中丙烯酸酯类单体的迁移量。结果方法测定的12种目标化合物具有较好的线性关系,相关系数r〉0.999。方法回收率为89.4%~109.8%,相对标准偏差为1.63%~7.41%。探讨了不同实验条件对丙烯酸酯类单体回收率的影响。结论本法简便快捷、灵敏度高、定性定量准确,完全满足欧盟指令(EU)No 10/2011和GB 9685—2008对食品接触材料及制品中丙烯酸酯类特定迁移量(SML)的限量要求。将本方法用于实际样品的检测,结果令人满意。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of acrylate monomers in food simulants by headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS). Methods According to European Union Directive No. 10 /2011,the span shift of acrylate monomers in five food stimulants were investigated,including 30 g / L acetic acid,10%( V / V) ethanol,20%( V / V)ethanol,50%( V / V) ethanol,and olive oil. Results The method showed good linearity in the determination of the 12 target chemical components,with the relevant correlation coefficients 〉0. 999. Recoveries rate was among 89. 4%- 109. 8%,with the relative standard deviations of 1. 63%- 7. 41%. The effects of different experimental conditions on the recoveries of acrylate monomers were studied. Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and could meet the requirement of European Commission Regulation( EU) No. 10 /2011 and GB 9685—2008 for the specific migration limits( SML) of residual monomers in food contact plastic materials and article samples. The method has been applied to the actual samples,and the results were satisfactory.
