摘要
具有优异光传输能力的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),近年来广泛用作塑料光导纤维的芯材,而PMMA中残留单体(MMA)的存在会导致光损耗和降低物理机械性能及使用寿命,因此需精确定量PMMA中1%以下含量的MMA,这是常规化学分析法和文献报道的气相色谱法所不能胜任的。本文用毛细柱气相色谱法测定。
The residual MMA in PMMA samples used to make plastic optical fibres (POP) was analysed quantitively by GC in this work. The pre-treatment conditions of PMMA samples and the analytical method of the residual MMA were established. The results show that shorter time and less amount of sample were required in the method. and much higher accuracy (r=0. 0160) was obtained. Furthermore, the adsorption effect between the deposited polymer and the internal standard substance is discussed.
