加味调味承气汤对脓毒症模型大鼠DAO、PCT表达影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Supplemented and Flavored Chengqi Decoction on DAO and PCT Expression of Sepsis in the Rat Model

摘要 目的:探讨加味调味承气汤对脓毒症大鼠肠粘膜二胺氧化酶(DAO)、降钙素原(PCT)表达的影响。方法:将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、加味调味承气汤治疗组和西药对照组,每组各10只,除空白对照组外,其余各组构建为脓毒血症模型。加味调味承气汤治疗组每日灌服加味调味承气汤水煎液,西药对照组注射地塞米松每日注射0.5mg/kg,每日1次,空白组和模型灌服生理盐水。在实验后24h、48h、72h分别采取腹主动脉血通过双抗体夹心酶标免疫分析法检测血清DAO、双抗体免疫层析法检测血清PCT。结果:模型组DAO、PCT在24h、48h、72h表达明显高于空白组,治疗组血清DAO、PCT值在治疗后24h、48h、72h较西药对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味调味承气汤可降低脓毒症大鼠的炎症反应,提高肠粘膜的免疫功能。 Objective:To discuss the effect of supplemented and flavored Chengqi decoction on the expression of intestinal mueosa diamine oxidase (DAO) and calcitonin (PCT) in rats with sepsis. Methods: 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group, a supplement and flavored Chengqi decoction treatment group (SFCD group) and a control group treated with western medicine, with 10 rats in each group. In addition to the blank control group, the other three groups were built as sepsis model. The SFCD group was drenched with supplement and flavored Chengqi decoction, the western medicine group was injected with dexamethasone 0.5mg/KG per day, while the blank and the model group were drenched with normal saline solution. After 24 h, 48 h, 72 h of the experiment, Detected serum DAO and serum PCT by the methods of double antibody sandwich enzyme immunoassay and double antibody immune chromatography respectively through abdominal aortic blood. Results:The serum levels of DAO and PCT in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after24h, 48h and 72h treatment, and the difference was statistically significant, and makes the correlation analysis. Conclusion:Supplemented and flavored Chengqi decoction can reduce the inflammatory reaction of rats with sepsis, enhance immunological function of the intestinal mucosa.
