摘要
基于"非洲复兴"的共同愿景,自20世纪60年代以来,非盟按照一体化进程路线图,以"非洲个性"认同,引领非洲一体化发展,推动高等教育区域合作,创建高等教育空间,极大提升了非洲高等教育内生动力及国际竞争力。探析非盟高等教育空间建设的成功经验,转变单一地区发展模式,建立高等教育区域合作联盟;制定区域合作发展规划,搭建人才资源共治共享平台;推进多方联动协调合作,构建协同创新绿色发展机制,对深化中非发展理念、发展模式、发展道路全方位合作,强化我国高校与非洲大学间的良性互动,不断推进中非高等教育交流互鉴,做强与国家"一带一路"战略相适应、相协调的区域高等教育,共同构建"中非命运共同体",具有突出的现实意义。
Based on the Shared vision of the "African Renaissance", since the 1960s, the AU roadmap, ac- cording to the integration process in the"African personality" identity, leading an African integration development, promoting higher education for regional cooperation, and creating higher education space, have greatly improved endogenous power and international competitiveness of African higher education. Analyzing the AU successful ex- perience of the construction of higher education space has obvious realistic significance in changing ideas, setting up regional cooperation in higher education, formulating development plan, and the establishing new higher edu- cation regional cooperation framework. It is significant to promote China-Africa exchanges in higher education and build common "China-Africa destiny community "
