摘要
区域创新对于推动经济体的创新发展日益重要。随着欧洲一体化进程的不断推进,欧盟一直在不断强化对区域创新发展的支持。欧盟与我国国土面积相近,也面临着类似的区域发展问题,欧盟推动区域创新发展的做法和经验值得我国参考借鉴。本文首先从欧盟区域政策计划周期的角度,对分阶段其区域政策的发展演变进行了梳理总结。其次,对欧盟支持区域创新的主要做法和最新进展进行了总结分析。最后,就如何推动我国区域创新提出了几点启示。
Regional innovation is now playing a very important role in an economy. European Union （ EU ） gradually strengthened its support for regional innovation with the progress of the integration of Europe. With the similar land area and development problems as China, EU＇s measurements and experiences with respect to promote regional innovation can be good practice for China. The developments of EU regional policy are summarized in the first part of this paper based on the planning periods of EU regional policy. Secondly, EU＇s main measurements and latest developments for promoting regional innovation are analyzed. Finally, some inspirations for promoting regional innovation in China are discussed.
