摘要
市场机制的不断深化发展,催生人力资源市场化格局的进一步加深。作为专业英语人才培养基地的高校英语教育必须在教育适用性背景下突出高校英语教育体系的社会适用性构建与挖掘。要大力突出其市场性因素的构建,通过调整自身教育方向,使之适应市场发展;要加大社会资源的整合力度,促进英语教育体系适用性增强的社会化环境不断优化。
The further development of market mechanism has promoted the marketization pattern of human resources. College English education,as a professional English talent training base,must highlight construction and exploration of its social applicability.First,construction of market factors should be highlighted,which should adapt itself to market development by adjusting the direction of their education; Secondly,it is necessary to increase the integration of social resources,thus promoting continuous optimization of social environment with enhanced applicability of English education system.
