摘要
针对GCr15钢制发动机水泵轴连轴承转动时产生异响的现象,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验等方法对其异常部位进行分析。结果表明:其异常部位产生的原因是由于皮带轮端的圆柱滚子轴承承受异常较大径向力载荷引起的,并提出了预防改进措施。
Aiming at the abnormal sound as running GCr15 steel bearing of water pump shaft in engine,the abnormal part was analyzed through macroscopic appearance inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination. The results show that the abnormal sound is caused by abnormal bigger radial force load suffered on cylindrical roller bearing at the pulley end,and the preventive and improvement measures are put forward.
