摘要
目的:探讨综合康复护理方案对老年COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取老年COPD患者共40例,随机分为对照组(20例)和干预组(20例),分别给予常规护理干预和综合康复护理干预;比较两组患者干预前后肺通气功能指标,ADL评分及LSIA评分等。结果:干预组患者干预后FEV1%、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC水平均显著优于对照组、干预前(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后ADL评分和LSIA评分均显著优于对照组、干预前(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理方案用于老年COPD患者可显著提高肺部通气功能,改善生活质量和满意程度。
Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program on pulmonary function and life quality of elderly patients with COPD. Methods：40 elderly patients with COPD were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group （20 patients） with conventional nursing intervention and intervention group （20 patients） with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention; and the pulmonary ventilation function index, ADL score and LSIA score before and after intervention of both groups were compared. Results：The levels of FEV1%, FEV1/FVC and FEV1 after intervention of intervention group was significant better than control group and before intervention （ P〈 0.05 ） . The ADL score and LSIA score after intervention of intervention group was significant better than control group and before intervention （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program on elderly patients with COPD can efficiently enhance lung ventilation function, and improve the life quality and satisfaction degree.
