摘要
"90后"大学生在就业过程中表现出随意跳槽、功利化、缺乏吃苦耐劳精神等现象,导致今天就业难和招人难的怪局。文章对大学生职业价值观进行了分析,针对大学生就业过程中自我认识不够、急于求成、以自我为中心、缺乏责任感等问题,从专业教学、思想政治教育、综合实践、职业生涯规划教育等四个方面提出了对策。
The phenomena of changing jobs casually, being utilitarian and the lack of hard working spirit among the post-90s college students in pursuing a job lead the employment market to difficulties both in recruitment and employment. Regarding this, the article analyzed the contemporary college students' professional values in terms of lack of self-awareness, rushing for quick success, being serf-centered and lack of responsibility. Then this study proposed s from the aspects of specialty teaching, ideological education, comprehensive practice and career planning.
