摘要
三叠系油藏是长庆油田开发的主要对象,渗透率仅几个毫达西,裂缝发育。采用注水开发.油井投产时要经过一定规模的压裂,注水开发中油井水淹问题很严重,年损失产能百万吨。对注水井进行调剖已成为一项必不可少的改善水驱状况的稳产措施。长庆油田三叠系油藏目前每年进行400多井次的调剖作业,并且随着油田的持续开发,需求量将逐年增大;但由于储层存在低渗透的基质和高导流能力的裂缝之间的矛盾、渗流通道和窜流通道之间的矛盾等特殊问题,调堵工艺难度加大,现有工艺和堵剂存在注入难、封堵难、效果不理想等问题。通过分析这些矛盾和需求,提出这一工艺各环节的研究和发展方向。
Triassic oil reservoirs are the main object of development in Changqing Oilfield, with only a few millidarcies of permeability and fractures developed. The oil wells need a certain scale of fracturing when they are put into production by waterflooding. The flooding problem of oil wells in Changqing Oilfield is very serious in waterflooding, with an annual production capacity loss of about one million tons. Profile control of water injeetion wells has become an indispensable measure to improve waterflooding. At present, the annual amount of profile control operations in the Triassic oil reservoirs of Changqing oilfield is more than 400 well-times. With the continuous development of the oilfield, the demand of the profile control operations will increase year by year. Due to special problems, such as the contradictions between the low permeable matrix in the reservoirs and the high conductivity fractures, and between the seepage channels and channeling channels, profile control and water blocking processes become more difficuh. There are some issues, such as being difficult to inject, difficult to seal, and the uusatisfactory effect in the existing process and blocking agent. Through analysis of these contradictions and needs, the author puts forward the direction of research and development of all aspects of this technology.
