CD73在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及与肿瘤生长转移的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测卵巢上皮性癌中CD73的表达情况及微血管计数值,探讨CD73与卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展、转移的关系。方法利用免疫组化法及微血管计数法,检测正常卵巢组织,卵巢上皮性囊腺瘤,卵巢交界性上皮性囊腺瘤,卵巢上皮性囊腺癌中CD73的表达情况及微血管计数。分析卵巢上皮性癌中CD73表达程度及MVD计数与临床病理学参数的关系,并分析二者之间的关系。结果卵巢上皮性癌组织中CD73的表达程度及MVD计数均高于良性组及交界组(P<0.05),二者与患者年龄、组织学分型无关,与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结浸润、腹水及腹腔冲洗液中癌细胞相关,并且二者之间的表达正相关。结论 CD73在肿瘤的发生机制中起到一定的作用;CD73与恶性肿瘤严重程度正相关,有望作为一个新的评估卵巢上皮性癌病情进展及预后的指标,为基因的靶向治疗提供了新的思路。 Objective Researched the CD73 expresssion level and microvessel density in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues.And discuss the relationship between CD73 and the occurrence,development and transfer of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Using immunohistochemistry and microvessel counting method,detect expression of CD73 and mi-crovessel count of normal ovarian tissues,ovarian cystadenoma,borderline ovarian cystadenoma,epithelial ovarian cysta-denocarcinoma.Analysis the relationship between CD73 expression level and MVD with parameters and clinical patholo-gy in ovarian epithelial carcinoma,and analyze the relationship between they two.Results In epithelial ovarian cancer tissues CD73 expression and MVD are higher than those in benign and borderline group (P〈 0.05),independent of pa-tients?age,histological type,but dependent of clinical stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis and cancer cells in ascites and peritoneal flushing fluid,and CD73 expression and MVD are positively correlated.Conclusion CD73 plays a role in the pathogenesis of tumor.CD73 was positively correlated with the severity of malignancy,could be used as indicators of new assessment of disease progression and prognosis of ovarian epithelial cancer and new ideas of gene targeted therapy .
