摘要
目的:研究刃针配合龙氏手法治疗颈椎病的疗效,为临床治疗颈椎病患者提供经验。方法:从2015年1月—2016年1月我院收治的88例颈椎病患者中随机平均分为两组,分别采用刃针配合龙氏手法治疗和单独采用刃针方法治疗,并对各组进行多项指标及安全性的评价。结果:刃针配合龙氏手法治疗组总有效率为95.1%,刃针组总有效率为82.5%。经过对比研究发现,综合组疗效在各方面优于对照组,且无不良反应。结论:刃针配合龙氏手法对治疗颈椎病患者与单独应用刃针治疗相比,有更显著的疗效,值得在临床上进行进一步的推广。
Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of cutting edge needle combined with long＇s manipulation on cervical spondylosis, and to provide experience for clinical treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods： 88 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, who received cutting edge needle combined with long＇s manipulation and cutting edge needle treatment respectively, indexes and the safety evaluation of both groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of cutting edge needle combined with long＇s manipulation group was 95.1% and that of cutting edge needle group was 82.5%. The effect of comprehensive group was better than that of control group, and no adverse reaction was found through comparative study. Conclusion： Cutting edge needle combined with long＇s manipulation had more significant effect in treating cervical spondylosis and it was worthy of further clinical promotion.
