摘要
目的探究神经根型颈椎病采用刃针配合整脊手法的治疗效果。方法方便选取2018年3月—2020年3月诊治的神经根型颈椎病104例患者作为观察对象,并且根据住院号随机分成一组与二组,分别采用整脊手法加刃针配合治疗和使用中医推拿按摩加针灸治疗,对比两组疗效。结果一组治疗总有效率为96.15%,二组为76.92%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.254,P<0.05)。一组和二组治疗后选词阳性项目数、PRI感觉评分、PRI情绪评分、PRI总分、VAS评分、PPI评分对比,一组分别是(4.76±0.98)个、(4.94±0.99)分、(1.97±0.52)分、(9.68±1.47)分、(2.43±0.84)分、(1.36±0.31)分,二组分别是(5.97±1.09)个、(6.10±1.14)分、(2.87±0.86)分、(13.18±1.69)分、(3.79±1.07)分、(2.07±0.58)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一组满意度评分是(93.87±7.74)分,二组是(85.16±6.25)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.313,P<0.05)。结论在神经根型颈椎病的治疗中,以往多采用保守治疗,但临床效果一般,仅能缓解患者的病症,无法根除,采用整脊手法加刃针治疗可有效解决这一问题,且安全性高,可推广性强。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis with blade needle and chiropractic.Methods A total of 104 patients with radiculopathy cervical spondylosis from March 2018 to March 2020 were conveniently selected as observation objects,and they were randomly divided into one group and two groups according to the hospitalization number,and chiropractic techniques and blade acupuncture were used respectively.Cooperate with treatment and use TCM massage plus acupuncture treatment to compare the curative effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in one group was 96.15%,and that in the second group was 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.254,P<0.05).Comparison of the number of positive word selection items,PRI sensory score,PRI emotional score,PRI total score,VAS score,and PPI score between one group and two groups after treatment,one group was(4.76±0.98),(4.94±0.99)points,(1.97±0.52)points,(9.68±1.47)points,(2.43±0.84)points,(1.36±0.31)points,and the two groups were(5.97±1.09),(6.10±1.14)points,(2.87±0.86)points,(13.18±1.69)points,(3.79±1.07)points,(2.07±0.58)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of one group was(93.87±7.74)points,and the second group was(85.16±6.25)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.313,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,conservative treatments have been used in the past,but the clinical effect is average,which can only relieve the patient’s symptoms and cannot be eradicated.Chiropractic techniques and blade acupuncture treatment can effectively solve this problem and are safe,with strong generalizability.
