摘要
针对接触式坐标测量机测量大扭角叶片截面存在余弦误差的问题,提出了基于模型的矢量测量方法。本文对此方法的测量精度及测量效率等方面进行论述,并通过实例验证了基于模型的矢量测量方法在精度与效率等方面优势,实现了此测量方法的工程化应用。
In view of the cosine error in the measurement of the contact type coordinate measuring machine, a method based on the model is proposed. Through the theoretical model extraction measuring curve of 3D vector and calculate the center of the trajectory measurement, the measured center along the model of three dimensional vector compensation, the final determination of the actual contact point of needle and leaf, which can realize 3D measurement and threedimensional compensation. This method can be used to realize the accurate measurement of the irregular curved surface of the blade, and the advantages of the model based vector measurement method in accuracy and efficiency are verified by an example.
