摘要
实践教学团队是培养学生创新创业能力的重要载体。本文以山东交通学院轨道交通信号与控制实践教学团队为基础,提出了创新创业能力培养的实践教学团队的作用、目标、建设思路、建设计划和保障措施,以其为基于创新创业能力培养的实践教学团队建设提供参考。
The practice teaching team is important carrier of cultivating students＇ innovative ability. This paper,taking shandong institute of transportation rail traffic signal control and the basis of the practice teaching team,puts forward the innovation of practice teaching of cultivating the ability of entrepreneurial team role,goal and construction ideas,construction plan and safeguard measures,as based on the practice of creative ability training teaching team construction to provide the reference.
