摘要
目的评价灾害情境模拟演练在急诊科护理实习生教学中的应用效果。方法对急诊科28名实习生进行灾害救护情境模拟演练培训。分别于演练前、后对实习生的灾害护理知识进行考核,比较演练前、后考核成绩。结果灾害救护情境模拟演练后,急诊科实习生对灾害护理知识的掌握情况高于培训前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论灾害救护情境模拟演练可提高急诊科实习生的灾害护理相关知识,较好地应用于急诊护理教学。
Objective To evaluate the effects of disaster scenario simulation exercises in the clinical teaching of nursing interns in emergency department. Methods Multi-station scenario simulation exercises were applied among28 nursing students in the emergency department. Nursing students were assessed on disaster nursing knowledge before and after training. Results After training,the score of disaster nursing knowledge of nursing students was significantly higher than baseline(P〈0.01). Conclusion Multi-station scenario simulation exercises can improve nursing students' disaster nursing knowledge in the clinical teaching of emergency department.
