摘要
文章介绍了我国临床护士灾害护理能力的理论框架及评估工具,综述了我国临床护士灾害护理能力的研究现状,即临床护士灾害护理教育体系不完善、临床护士灾害护理能力水平较低、护士灾害护理能力培训需求高,并从学校基础教育、在职继续教育和专科培训等角度提出建议,以期为完善我国临床护士灾害护理培训提供参考。
The article introduced the theoretical framework and assessment tools of clinical nurses＇ disaster nursing ability in China,and summarized the research status of clinical nurses＇ disaster nursing ability in China,the system was inefficient,clinical nurse with low levelof ability and had high training demand.Suggestions were made from the perspectives of basic education,further education in service and specialist training,in order to improve the clinical nurses＇ disaster nursing training in China.
