摘要
针对目前大学学报定位迷失导致其出版工作出现一系列不良影响的情况,提出建设学科是大学学报定位在新时期的新发展,是大学学报出版工作的中心。大学学报出版与学科建设通过协同创新,达到共同发展目标。大学学报出版对学科建设的创新途径为发现和培养学科人才,巩固和强化优势学科,挖掘和培育新兴学科,宣传和交流学科成果。学科建设对大学学报出版的创新途径为提供学科专家支持,保障刊发稿件质量;提供核心作者支撑,促进作者队伍建设;建立学科动态交流,提供选题策划参考;提供合作实践平台,实施编辑学者化战略。
Currently, the unclear direction in which a collegiate journal is run is casting a series of blights upon collegiate journal publishing. Directed at such a situation it is put forward that collegiate discipline construction is a new development of collegiate journal positioning in the new period and the center of collegiate journal publishing as well. Collegiate journal publishing should coordinate with collegiate discipline construction to reach the goal of joint development. The innovation which collegiate journal publishing makes to collegiate discipline construction should be achieved by finding and cultivating talents, consolidating and strengthening preponderant disciplines, scouting for and cultivating emerging disciplines and propagandizing and communicating discipline results. The contribution collegiate discipline construction makes to collegiate publishing should be reached by providing supports from discipline experts to ensure the quality of manuscripts, providing supports of core authors to promote the author team construction, implementing dynamic interdisciplinary interaction to provide reference for topic selection and providing cooperation platforms to implement the strategy of editors having a good understanding of scholars' research projects.
