摘要
隔膜是锂离子电池中的关键部件,特别影响到锂离子电池的安全性。从提高锂离子电池安全性的角度,针对常用的聚烯烃隔膜和无纺布隔膜,综述了锂离子电池隔膜在制造工艺优化与改进方面的研究进展,通过用涂层、浸渍有机物或无机物等方法对聚烯烃隔膜、无纺布隔膜的改性及制备工艺改进,能够提高隔膜在高温下(120℃)的性能,使得电池隔膜的安全性提高,但是制备成本和工艺复杂度的提高降低了其竞争优势。
The separator was the key component of a lithium-ion battery, particularly affected the safety of the lithium-ion battery. In order to improve the safety of lithium-ion batteries, the research progress of lithium-ion battery separator manufacturing process optimization and improvement by coating, impregnation and other organic or inorganic substances methods were summarized. Membrane performance at high temperatures (120℃) was improved by polyolefin separator membrane and non-woven fabric modified preparation process improvements, thus making battery separators more safety. But their competition advantage was reduced by the increasing of production cost and complexity of the process.
