摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT与MR肺动脉造影诊断急性肺动脉栓塞的效果。方法将收治的34例疑似肺动脉栓塞(PE)患者根据诊断方法分为MR组10例,采用MR肺动脉造影技术诊断;CT组24例,采用128层螺旋CT扫描仪进行诊断。经高级影像学医师判定诊断结果的准确性。结果 CT组检查结果发现408支肺动脉栓子,MR组发现29支肺动脉栓子,CT组诊断结果与高级影像学医师判定结果比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),MR组诊断结果与高级影像学医师判定结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT组与MR组间接影像诊断结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对PE检出率高,可清楚显示肺动脉栓子;MR可清晰显示肺叶动脉以上栓子,无法较好地显示肺段动脉栓子,为提高诊断准确率可与3D-CE-MRPA技术结合。
Objective To analyse the effect of acute pulmonary embolism diagnosed by Multi-slice spiral CT and MR pulmonary angiography. Methods The 34 cases of patients suspected the pulmonary artery embolism(PE)were divided into 10 cases of MR group,who used the MR pulmonary arteriography for diagnosing;The 24 cases of CT group,who used the 128 layers spiral CT scan-ner for diagnosing. The accuracy of the results was diagnosed by the senior imaging physician. Results There were 408 pulmonary embolus discovered by the inspection result of the CT group,and discovered 29 pulmonary embolus of the MR group,to compare the diagnosis of the CT group and the inspection result by the physician of the advanced imaging,there was no statistical signifi-cance(P 〉0. 05). To compare the diagnosis of the MR group and the inspection result by the physician of the advanced imaging, there was statistical significance(P 〈0. 05). To compare the diagnosis of the indirect image of the CT group and MR group,there was statistical significance(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion There was high relevance ratio of PE by the Multi-slice spiral CT,and be a-ble to show the pulmonary embolus. The MR able to show clearly the above embolus of the lung artery,can not show the pulmonary embolus well,that need to combine clearly with the 3D-CE-MRPA for improving the accuracy rate of diagnosis.
