摘要
目的探讨羧甲基壳聚糖载姜黄素缓释药膜的制备方法及体外缓释动力学。方法将姜黄素粉末用甘油完全溶解后和完全溶涨的羧甲基壳聚糖溶液混合均匀后涂布在玻璃板上,烘干备用,采用紫外分光光度法检测药膜的浓度;并测试药膜的体外释药性能。结果将一定浓度的姜黄素粉末溶于甘油后与羧甲基壳聚糖混合后可制备成橙黄色半透明柔软薄膜,成膜性能良好;体外释放实验结果显示10 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h累计释药率分别为56.42%、89.71%、92.86%、96.80%、97.25%。结论羧甲基壳聚糖载姜黄素缓释药膜成膜性能良好,便于固定和手术中安装,且药膜具有一定的缓释性能,虽然释放速率较快,但足以满足白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入手术过程中使用。
Objective To investigate the carboxymethyl chitosan contained curcumin preparation and sustained-release film in vitro. Methods Curcumin powder was completely dissolved glycerol and carboxymethyl chitosan solution was completely swollen after mixing uniformly coated on a glass plate and dried at using concentration film with a UV spectrophotometry; and tested the drug in vitro release properties of the film.Results A certain concentration of curcumin powder dissolved in glycerol and carboxymethyl chitosan after mixing was prepared as an orange translucent flexible film,good film-forming properties,plasticity strong film; in vitro release test results showed 10 minutes,half an hour,1h,2h,4h cumulative release rates were 56.42%,89.71%,92.86%,96. 80%,97. 25%. Conclusions Carboxymethyl chitosan sustained-release film with curcumin contained plasticity,easy to fix and install in operation,and film with a certain release properties,the release is faster,but enough to meet the use of cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation surgery.
