摘要
对20 ft垃圾集装箱进行结构优化,以减轻集装箱的质量,增加运力。优化策略首先对原始箱结构进行计算,分析了原始结构的集装箱在5种计算工况条件下的变形及应力情况,并在原结构的基础上优化构件板厚,设计一种优化方案,并对设计方案下的优化结构进行计算与分析。
The structure optimization of 20 ft garbage container was designed in order to reduce the weight of the con- tainer and increase the capacity of the container. First, we calculated the original box structure, analyzed the deformation and stress of the original structure in 5 kinds of calculation conditions, and optimized the component thickness, and then a structural optimization scheme was proposed, and calculation and analysis were completed.
