摘要
企业资本结构优化是体现企业价值的重要问题。本文将资本结构优化问题视作一个多目标决策问题,构建了评价资本结构优劣的指标体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)对该问题作了实证计算。
How to optimize the structure of enterprise is an important problem which reflects the value of enterprise. This article regards the question which is the structure of the capital as more than a goal-decision question, structures a system of norms to appraise the structure of capital, and makes an empirical calculation with the method of AHP.
