正交试验考察废弃棉籽中棉酚的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 为了最大限度提取棉酚,采用丙酮溶剂浸取棉籽棉仁提取其中的棉酚。采用紫外分光光度法测定棉酚含量,作为评价指标。通过单因素试验研究了各种实验条件对棉酚提取量的影响,进而采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明:溶剂配比和料液比对棉酚的提取有显著影响,最佳提取工艺条件为70%丙酮、1:2料液比、浸泡时间10h、浸泡1次。 Gossypol could be obtained from cottonseeds by a one-phase extraction system with acetone. The content of gossypol was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The effects of some factors on the extraction rate of gossypol were investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal design method.The concentration of acetone and the ratio of material and solvent affected the gossypol significantly. Results showed that the optimum conditions were the acetone concentration of 70%, a ration of material and solvent of 1:2, soaking time of 1 hour, soaking ltime.
