摘要
通过对机械加工中的时间(T)、成本(C)、质量(Q)、资源消耗(R)、环境(E)五个绿色制造指标进行分析,建立了面向绿色制造的机械加工工艺的决策目标体系,并利用理想点法(TOPSIS)和层次分析法(AHP)对整个体系进行综合评价。最后,为证明该方法的可行性,对某车间一批齿轮轴加工的四种工艺方案进行优化选择。利用理想点法(TOPSIS)和层次分析法(AHP)分别求出其与理想方案之间的相似度,根据相似度的大小确定出四种方案中的最优方案。
By analyzing the five green manufacturing indexs :time ( T) , cost ( C) , quality ( Q) , resource consumption ( R) and environment ( E) , the article establishes a target system of decision-making for green manufacturing process planning,and uses Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution ( TOPSIS) and Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) to give the whole system a comprehensive evaluation. Fi-nally,a case study of the optimization selection of the gear shaft processing technic' s four programs to prove the feasibility of this method. Using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution( TOP-SIS) and Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) to solve the similarity between ideal program and the four pro-grams. By the size of the similarity,this method can determine the best program from the four programs.
