摘要
由于氰化物的剧毒性,无氰镀铜工艺的研究越来越受到重视。目前在钢铁基体表面直接无氰镀铜的方法主要包括EDTA镀铜、HEDP镀铜、焦磷酸盐镀铜与柠檬酸镀铜。综述了各体系的研究现状,针对各自体系的特点,指出柠檬酸-酒石酸盐较为适合应用于钢铁基体表面无氰镀铜。
Due to the highly toxic of cyanide, more and more attention has been paid to the study of the non-cyanide copper plating process. The method of direct non-cyanide copper plating on steel matrix mainly includes EDTA system, HEDP system, pyrophosphate system and citrate system. The research statuses of different systems have been reviewed. Based on the characteristic of different systems, point out that the citric aeid-tartrate fits for the non-cyanide copper plating on steel matrix.
